Our Therapeutic Vinyasa Yoga class in South Croydon s an amazing Alignment based class, full of lively yoga postures and flowing sequences, coupled with some beautiful restorative yoga, meditation and breathing techniques. STRONG YOGA AND DEEP RELAXATION which is aligned with Bliss, Peace and Joy for life. Classes are best-suited to those who have practised yoga before, ideally having attended our gentle and/or beginner level classes which set the foundation of the Anusara style of yoga.
Ideal for Experienced Yogis
These classes build from foundation to full expression of each asana (yoga posture), so everyone works to their own ability in a friendly and non-competitive environment. As this class is very dynamic, if you are new to yoga or are looking for a more gentle yoga class please have a look at our Beginners Courses and Gentle Yoga classes. We do not recommend this class to those who are less than 6 months post-partum, (4 months post-partum if you have attended the Postnatal realignment Workshop) or those who do not have a reasonable level of fitness as the yoga is strong and physically demanding and will get your heart pulsing! This is a level 2 class.
Good for building community & spiritual alignment
Anusara Yoga means to 'flow with grace' and the focus of this style is on good physical alignment in order to 'align with the Divine'. It is a strong, physical practice with the spiritual aspects of tantric yoga philosophy woven into both the theme and physical postures of each class. Expect to feel exhilarated and reconnected after each class, remembering that life does have both purpose and meaning and we are all unique expressions of that which created us. Anusara is also very focused on building a community spirit as we are all aspects of the same creative force, so our classes are welcoming to newcomers - and lively too!

Meet Your Teacher: Rosanna Kalliabetsos
Rosanna is a yoga teacher, birth educator and mother who specialises in all aspects of perinatal yoga. She teaches Birthlight yoga for conception and pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period, and works with couples to prepare them for pregnancy, birth and parenthood. She also teaches yoga for babies and Anusara Inspired hatha classes. read more

I thoroughly enjoy the class and I am surprised how much stronger and more supple I am. Following the meditation time at the end I leave the class feeling refreshed and ready to deal with the challenges of the week ahead.
I started Yoga with Rozy 12 years ago. I started with pregnancy yoga when I was pregnant with my daughter. Her yoga helped me so much I actually do not know how I would have managed without this AMAZING yoga teacher and her practices. I now do Rozys Monday lunchtime yoga class and I can not honestly think of a better way to start my week. It calms me down and gives me that important me time and not forgetting the yummy Cacao at the start of each class. I would recommend Injoy yoga to everyone as it has hand on heart helped me so much and I love Rozys classes and her energy. The yoga helps me feel toned and stronger. This gives me body confidence which I love, especially after having 2 children. I am able to cope with family challenges during the week with ease and calm and have so much energy. I feel this is so important for any mum. I would give up alot of things BUT would never give up my yoga ❤
Hi Rozy, I just wanted to say thanks for the Monday Practice. It probably won’t have escaped your notice that I was inherently a little reserved when I first came to your class. My upbringing was very strict and traditional (Victorian essentially) and for the first three quarters of my life I’ve been surrounded by very definite people, Black and White and minimal shades of grey, limited growth mindset, which obviously has an impact and leaves an imprint. When you mentioned crystalline grids, crystals and got the cards out for the first time it was so far from my place of knowledge and comfort I genuinely thought “WTF have I done, 1 class then back to HIIT workouts, I know where I am with those.” Well, I can say however many months later there are still moments when I think “WTF” but I am hugely grateful for having people in my life (even if it’s just for 90 minutes on a Monday) who offer me a view outside of my comfort zone and give me the chance to reflect, think, and grow. You rock, and the harmonious chanting is amazing. Again, something else I would have dismissed out of hand a few years ago. Thank you. Namaste 🙏
