Abs & Core Yoga Workshop
For adults who want to strengthen core muscles, including stomach and back muscles.
Our Abdominal workshop is all about working and strengthening the right muscles to safely achieve results. Using a combination of yoga postures, coupled with anatomical knowledge and great tips on healthy living, you’ll rediscover muscles that you can't remember feeling. Warning: this workshop will also make you feel SUPER sexy!
PLEASE NOTE: If you have had a baby, it is important that you have done the Postnatal Recovery workshop with Rozy at least once, or followed the Five Steps for Postnatal Recovery on the Rozy & Kate Postnatal DVD at least a few times. You also need to be at least 16 weeks post-partum.

Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your abs workshop. It was only my 3rd ever yoga class and my first at one of yours. Previous classes had left me wondering what this yoga thing was all about and is it doing anything! Your class has changed this view as you encouraged us to challenge ourselves if we wanted without feeling under pressure and it was not all no talking and serious. I thoroughly enjoyed it and thought it was at the right level - I'm not experienced at yoga (apart from pregnancy and baby yoga) but found that I could follow it and do most of it apart from the more advanced versions of things. As well as feeling thoroughly stretched, it was great having some time out from day to day life. I would thoroughly recommend this and would love to do it again.
Great workshop that I want monthly please! Feedback I have... Good start nice to go back to basics, for just the right amount of time. Good variations for all the abilities in the class. Pace of the class was good. After affects were great, felt super svelte up to a week after but not in agony. Really felt in class and after a pulling in and core stability. Length of class was good and venue as always.
