Abdominal Super Tone Workshop

  • Want to get back into your bikini this summer and feel like you have got your core back? 
  • Need to strengthen your back and feel centered in yourself? 
  • Want to have a real giggle as you rediscover muscles that you can't remember feeling?
  • Warning: this will also make you feel SUPER sexy!

By popular demand we have been asked to run an Abdominal Toning Workshop. 

The workshop will provide:

  • Internal core strengthening
  • Making plank work for you
  • Tips for clean eating to reduce water retention
  • Challenges that sabotage having a flat tum
  • Strength, Stretch and Swagger

PLEASE NOTE: If you have had a baby, it is important that you have done the Postnatal Realignment Workshop with Rozy at least once, or followed the Five Steps for Postnatal Recovery on the Rozy & Kate Postnatal DVD at least a few times. You also need to be at least 16 weeks post partum.

Investment £30. Payment must be received to secure your place and please note this class is very full! First come first served :)

Hi Rozy - just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your abs workshop. It was only my 3rd ever yoga class and my first at one of yours. Previous  classes had left me wondering what this yoga thing was all about and is it doing anything! Your class has changed this view as you encouraged us to challenge ourselves if we wanted without feeling under pressure and it was not all no talking and serious. Great workshop that I want monthly please! Feedback I have... Good start nice to go back to basics, for just the right amount of time. Good variations for all the abilities in the class. Pace of the class was good. After affects were great, felt super svelte up to a week after but not in agony. Really felt in class and after a pulling in and core stability. Length of class was good and venue as always. Great work Rozy hope you enjoyed it too xxx
I thoroughly enjoyed it and thought it was at the right level - I'm not experienced at yoga (apart from pregnancy and baby yoga) but found that I could follow it and do most of it apart from the more advanced versions of things. As well as feeling thoroughly stretched, it was great having some time out from day to day life. I would thoroughly recommend this and would love to do it again.
