In order to wet your appetite for how it might feel to be coached, complete the exercise and answer the questions below:
Complete the bar graph by indicating the percentage of satisfaction you have with each aspect of your life.

Ask yourself these questions and write your answers down! 

  • If you could wave a magic wand which area of your life would you improve and what would be different?
  • What action, if taken on a regular basis, would make a real difference to the way that you feel about life?
  • Imagine yourself 20 years from now.  What will you be like?  Describe the person you have become.

Working with a coach can give you a sense of direction and the power of discovering the answers within yourself.  What is it that you actually want and what do you need to do in order to get it....?
