Pure InJoy - Gentle Yoga

Gentle, effective yoga for treating pain and recovering from injury

I started doing gentle yoga to help my recovery from a serious illness, and it is quite simply the best tonic to a busy life.

It is my time each week, and I always leave feeling stronger, more relaxed and ready to face the world.

I cannot recommend it highly enough.

This class is suitable for men, women & teens who may be new to yoga or if there are health issues that would benefit from a yoga therapy approach.

This is gentle but effective yoga for chronic pain - such as back ache, sciatica, or neck, knee and shoulder pain. It is also an excellent class for gynaecological, fertility and menstrual (painful periods) issues. It is suitable for those seeking to conceive and women going through the menopause.  this remedial yoga class is beneficial for recovery from sports injuries, accidents and injury. The focus in on yoga practises that calm the sympathetic nervous system and is also excellent for people who suffer with stress, anxiety and depression.

I have benefited in many ways since attending the InJoy yoga course. Firstly, an hour goes very quickly; the session offers a very pleasing balance of meditation and physical endurance. You don't realise how hard you are working and yet it is very relaxing. Secondly, it definitely eases aches and pains and gives greater freedom of movement in the days that follow. And then, because of the way you are guided by Rozy through the techniques and philosophy of yoga, the sessions are thought provoking and uplifting. I am looking forward to future lessons and gaining greater strength in parts of the body that other exercises don't reach!
