Yoga Classes for Fertility & Conception

Yoga to boost your fertility and support a healthy conception

These sessions are suitable for women involved in the creative process of conception. The programme is tailor made to provide for those involved in fertility treatment, IVF or those exploring natural means.

  • Effortless exercises especially designed for pelvic awareness and relaxation towards conception
  • Align yourselves in body, mind and heart with each other and your intentions
  • Nourish the womb and ovaries through gentle movement, breathwork and visualisation
  • Undo tension, stress and anxiety
  • Clear existing physical and emotional blocks to enable conception
  • Support the changes you are experiencing by reinforcing the positive and reducing unpleasant side effects of treatment you undertake through restorative yoga
  • Encourage a positive approach to pregnancy and parenthood through visualisation, relaxation, breathing techniques and physical yoga that will nourish the growing family in entirety

Currently offered as one to one sessions working with the woman and ideally at times their partner also. Can also be arranged as one of workshops for small groups of women, either through fertilitity clinics or natural conception communities.

Prices start at £60 p/h and extra travel costs of £30 per half hour travel.

First consultation 1.5 hrs = £85, then usually 1 hourly sessions thereafter. Can be arranged weekly, monthly or around treatment cycles.

Handouts are given along with further reading recommendations.
