To book a place first please contact us to let us know which course you would like to join, and on which day it falls. Then please complete the appropriate forms to register.

What Form(s) Do I Need?

To reserve a place for ANY class you'll need to complete a Registration Form.

For Antenatal or Postnatal Yoga we need a Disclaimer.

For Postnatal Yoga we also need a Medical Form.

Classes fill up extremely quickly so we regret that we cannot guarantee you a place on the course without pre-booking. Places are offered on a 'first come, first served' basis, and fees are non-refundable.

What to bring?

All props are provided, though if you wish to bring your own mat you can use it for extra cushioning. If you are attending Pregnancy Yoga at Coulsdon Manor please also bring two medium sized cushions with you.

Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. Finally, make sure you have warm socks and jumpers with you as we always have a period of relaxation at the end of the session and body temperature drops considerably during this time.
