Season's Greetings from Rozy & InJoy!

Hello to all past and present InJoy! friends

Having just had the most fabulous 'InJoy! Christmas Party' in the form of a lovely meditation gathering yesterday led by the wonderful Alla, I wanted to share the light and love we connected to, with you.

It is the season for sharing and rejoicing so I would like to express my deepest gratitude for your support in helping to grow Injoy! as clients and also with all the wonderful word of mouth so many of you do. We would like to re-awaken our 'Spread the Word' mission... for each person you introduce to us who commits to a term of one of our courses, you will receive a £5 credit towards money off your own course. This is accumulative, so get enough friends signed up and your course could be FREE!

It is true to say that everything we are doing today, all the new classes and venues, are the result of growing demand for what we offer and I am always deeply touched to hear personal stories of how our classes have made a difference in your lives.

As always, I grow through every encounter I have with those of you who use our services, and I am a better person for this, so thank you! Some of you are aware I have needed to step back from teaching all the classes, in order to support other teachers to grow their own InJoy! style. I am very pleased to mention the amazing work of Anita and Gabrielle, who are intuitive teachers and very much in harmony with the InJoy! vision, and I am very very grateful to have them on the teaching team. Hopefully this is the start of many other budding teachers following in their steps! Thankyou to Claire, Jackie, Gina, and Swazi for the cover teaching you support us with... AMAZING!

And where would we be without Katharina? My organisational goddess who has freed me from my admin mountains! We now have our own fully fledged next generation 'InJoy' family member... Katharina's little Meena. I was honoured to be at her birth. Thankyou!

Anita has done a wonderful job taking over for a few weeks whilst Katharina is on 'babymoon' and Donna has been helping to shape InJoy! into a fully viable business with a sustainable future. There are many others behind the scenes who all deserve to be mentioned, so I thank each of you who have been building team InJoy!

We WILL be coming to grips with Social Media properly this year and I'm excited with the idea that we will be doing lots of video blogging. Not just yoga, but little tips to help make life more joyful so we can expand and embrace ourselves and each other more fully.

There are definitely 2 DVDs coming out in the spring... a collaborative effort between me and another Birthlight teacher, Kate Coulson, so if you are pregnant or have a new baby, watch this space!

2012 is a time that I have been personally looking forward to since I was around 15. I have been reading for many years about how we are moving into a time of great change, where the proper balance between humanity and nature will come to be established and we as humans will have the opportunity to learn what powerful creators we are! Our feelings influence our thoughts and our experience of life and we are all being urged now to release what doesn't feel good and embrace the healing that is available to us as well as develop the discipline to choose new ways rather than old limiting beliefs and patterns of behaviour.

Obviously 2012 is just the start of it, but I maintain that we are spiritual warriors on a mission to help bring peace and harmony to the earth and all her inhabitants. It all starts with bringing greater peace and harmony within each of us and this will be my focus for 2012. Drop the battles and fears and embrace life fully!

I'm sure you are all aware that we teach what we most need to learn, so from a very humble place I say again, thankyou for helping me in every way you do, and for helping those that grow through InJoy!

All my love and best wishes for 2012... may this year be what you want and need it to be for you in order to fulfill your own purpose in the most magnificent ways.
